Our "Practical Transformation Using XSLT and XPath" (ISBN 1-894049-05-5) is
an electronic publication (PDF) and includes a supplemental ZIP file of the
all of the running code fragments used in the book.

The Eighth Edition has been out since July and the Ninth Edition should be
ready by the new year, incorporating last week's XSLT 1.1 working
draft. Customers of any edition are entitled to a free download of all
future editions at no charge. Single, site and world corporate licenses
are available (pay one fee and all employees at a single address (site
license) or all addresses (world license) are entitled to a copy that you
store on your own intranet; again including all future editions of the book
for the one-time fee).

A free (but still useful!) 120-page download preview can be obtained from
our web site below.

As to whether or note the examples are "good", I'll let my customers
comment on that since I'm biased.

I hope this helps.
