One possibility is:
<xsl:for-each select="//row">
<xsl:sort select="@id"/>
<xsl:value-of select="@id"/>
</xsl:for-each>
Hope this helps. Actually, it's described well in the "XSLT Programmers
Reference" (WROX) pp. 272-277.
