With SAXON 5.4.1, Xalan-C 0.40.0 and MSXML (July), I get (the equivalent of):
V1: <mor cd plur two> == "<morr4>" rez
<mor cd plur three> == "<morr4>" ront.
V7: <mor r1> == "<morroot-part1>" 2 "<morroot-part2>"
<mor r2> == "<morroot-part1>" 1 "<morroot-part2>" .
which is what I think you were after. So - what processor are you using?
