No, but some of the parser packages have nice date extensions or can call
extensions written by others -- XT is an example of the first, and Michael
Kay included an example in recent releases of Saxon that shows how to call
the XT extension from Saxon, so you've got some choices there.  Look at
doc/extensibility.html#Writing extension functions under the directory you
unzipped Saxon into for a clearly-written explanation.
