I'd like to see the help system to be a bit more hypertextual.

For instance, I'd like to see the stuff listed as "Required Advances", 
"Prerequisite advances", and "Enables" to be clickable,
so that it would jump to the corresponding entry.  This would have been 
extremely useful when trying to learn advances.

Similarly, it would be nice if there were entries for
"Required to build" and "built by" ... and if the stuff under Construction
was also hyperlinked...
