Xconq 7.3 branch created!

I've just finished the CVS work to make a branch for the 7.3
release.  For those using CVS, the branch tag is xconq-7_3-branch
(note the underscore), and the trunk tag is xconq-7_3-branchpoint.
Among other things, this means that the trunk is now available
for continued abuse (hi Hans :-) ).

There shouldn't be a lot more work to get to making tarballs for
the release itself.  Hans pointed out a save/restore bug for
indepsides, and Steven Dick mentioned some bugs that I'd like
to test.  No doubt we'll soon need a 7.3.1 to resolve other bugs
that turn up... :-)
