With the patch, I see no "soft lockup" BUGs on either the RHEL7 ppc64 system
I've been using or on my rawhide-32 VM that also saw the BUG.
Note that on RHEL7 ppc64, I'm getting the divide by 0 error, which the
optim_stats.exp doesn't expect so you get no pass or fail from using the
default linux runtime.
