Considering that we guarantee that begin/end/error probes run
sequentially, apart from any other probe types, we need not
add the preempt_disable() nor local_irq_save() for them.
This would in turn allow these probes to perform otherwise
improper operations, such as (guru-mode) embedded-c that
acquires full-fledged kernel-side locks for initialization
or a one-off report (like pfiles).
