[Bug tapsets/10117] New: on ppc64, tapset/context.stp is broken on older kernels

tapset/context.stp uses task_pt_regs(). On RHEL5 (2.6.18-128.el5), this define
doesn't exist.
This causes any script that uses 'uaddr' tapset function to fail. This also
causes the following testsuite failures:
systemtap.base/uprobes_uname.stp
buildok/uaddr.stp
buildok/uaddr.stp with server
