[Patch] [testsuite] Fix mismatched description in sigmon.meta

In testsuite/systemtap.examples/, there is a mismatched description in
process/sigmon.meta.

The patch fixes it, together with corresponding stuffs in other
generated files(index.html, index.txt, keyword-index.txt,
keyword-index.html), as those files are directly included in the
source code.

Thanks.
