[Bug runtime/10031] current.exp test causes system to crash with 2.6.29

current.exp test does not crash on latest kernels. I tested with
2.6.30-rc1-Apr14-tip and found no crash with current.exp test. Hence closing
this BUG for now. Will revisit again if similar problem occurs later.
