Yes. I got the same error with gcc 2.95.3 a day or two ago.
The problems seems to be that although the posting
2001-10-03 [Patch] Fix tcl/tk library version numbers. Ian Roxborough
says the fix has been checked in. It doesn't appear in the sources.
I suggest you apply the patch manually.
