Line 789 is just an empty template line which is usefull if you start
extending the bibliography. (it saves typing)
The warning is unrelated to the remaining python dump. HTML backend fails.
PS backend works fine.
But as I would like to update the systems to DB 4.1 and such I will creat
newer packages myself this week and rinstall the related packages in order
to see if I can get an updated system.
