Is there a TARGET attribute for the htmlurl in sgmltools 1.0.x
(I am still working with 0.9y.z)
or a simple fix to provide such for the HTML back end?
I need to be able to specify
TARGET="_top" for external links when the doc is viewed in a
HTML frames environment.
