implement them. aligned_alloc() is implemented in terms of
posix_memalign() which is not defined in Newlib. I am not sure if we
should call the global reent cleanup in quick_exit() similar to exit().

* libc/stdlib/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* libc/stdlib/aligned_alloc.c: New.
* libc/stdlib/quick_exit.c: Likewise.
