Subject: RTEMS patch sweep 5

... and another one:

This patch addresses 2 issues with newlib's arm support:

* libc/machine/arm/machine/endian.h clashes with
libc/include/machine/endian.h.

The build machinery physically replaces libc/include/machine/endian.h with libc/machine/arm/machine/endian.h, resulting into broken installations.

* Several subtile issues in arm fpu handling in ieeefp.h.
