When you do, do you have a testcase illustrating where this EXFUN/EXPARM
problem actually causes an error, or is it entirely theoretical so far? (I'm
wondering because the __CYGWIN__ macro should only be defined if you were
compiling /for/ cygwin, not when compiling _on_ cygwin /for/ a cross target.)

(Also, what's "cc-script"? Is that a local script you've written that lets
you use the name 'cc' to redirect to one of those other compilers, or is it
some public project? Google is not very helpful with such a simple search term.)

    cheers,
      DaveK
