Attached are updated files to reflect adjustements made to account for
the log2/log2f patch that crossed this set. The ChangeLog is
adjusted to account for the differences. Previously-mentioned new file
libm/common/log2.c is no longer supplied (being supplanted by s_log2.c),
while the mentioned HOWTO file is included, having accidently been left
out of mathdoc1.patch last time. (Emails 2 and 3 will also be re-sent
with updates to parts 2 and 3.)
