Hi,
So it seems I need to pass -a to automake. Should that be in the docs, or
should compile be in the tarball?
Cheers,
Jon

Subject: Makefile.am: required file `../../../../compile' not found
Hi,
I'm trying to update a port to newlib 1.15.0. To do this I need to
regenerate Makefile.in in newlib/libc/machine/cpu. I've update configure.in
and Makefile.am and run aclocal and autoconf in that directory successfully
as described in the README. However, when I run automake, I get:
Makefile.am: required file `../../../../compile' not found
I can't see this file in the distribution tarball. Can someone tell me where
it is, or what I need to do differently?
Cheers,
Jon
