Fix README s/LPGL/LGPL/ Say license, not copyright where approriate

Hi.

Sidenote: I'm about to get going on submitting a CRIS port. I
think it should yield ENOSYS on all I/O calls, except when
linked with -lsim it will issue calls using the Linux ABI
(fitting both simulator and kernel) and with -lhw (actual name
TBD) it will do simple I/O for some board, to be determined
dynamically if possible, otherwise the Axis devboard_82 for CRIS
and a board TBD for CRISv32.

Starting from the top. :-)

Unless there's a similarly named license, this is a typo. And
it and GPL are *licenses*, not copyrights. I'd ask "ok to
commit" but I'm not listed as after-approval in MAINTAINERS.
(Jeff has given me approval to commit MMIX-specific fixes in the
past.)

Maybe doesn't require a ChangeLog entry, but anyway:

	* README: Fix typo of LGPL. Change "license" to "copyright".
