No, I don't think so. Practically, Cygwin is the only Unix
platform using newlib and supporting both of Unix API and Win32 API.
But I didn't take account of supporting various architecture
including 16 bits integer CPU. So I will make another patch
taking account of it. The patch will add some definitions to
libc/include/sys/config.h.
