success newlib-1.8.0 egcs-1.0.1 i960-intel-coff

Successfully built newlib-1.8.0 with egcs-1.0.0 on i960-intel-coff.
But not without problems!

Here is what I had to do:

1) configure in libgloss/i960 was apparantly wrong.  I copied
libgloss/m68k/configure to i960.

2) libgloss/i960/Makefile.in needed some fixes to do make install:
