It is quite reasonable to have the tests do a System.getProperty on
a particular item and if set, use that in constructing the URL. It
would require having a mirror of the testarea in the appropriate place
(or the conditional code in the tests could get a bit tricky I suppose
and exclude certain tests in the non-Internet case).
At this point I don't have the bandwidth to add this functionality;
if someone else were into doing it, that'd be great.
