Here I include a set of patches for easier review by the respective language
teams. I think that eventually all (or almost all) of these patches will be
squashed and pushed together unless we get a negative feedback. I'd like to
push them in a month. Also they can be pushed individually earlier if a
language team wishes. Unfortunately, I suspect that for some of these languages
it will be difficult to reach actual translators.
