Thank you, Mike. Yes, I was wrong here, that the list of month and weekday
names is the same is not enough, LC_TIME is also date formats, 12h/24h clock,
etc. Therefore we should not just copy es_ES everywhere and merging just those
4 locales is correct.
Shall we close this bug as fixed in 2.28?
