Just because CLDR says it does not make it true. CLDR is wrong and I will take
correct over CLDR any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
glibc should not force incorrect information into a locale when we have the
correct information available to us, that is just short-sighted, we'll only end
up having to change it again when the correction comes through from CLDR. Yes
we should file a ticket with CLDR, but no we should not make the locale
incorrect for the sake of following their lead.
Please revert the name to that originally requested.
