from what i can tell, that's not what the CLDR db says:
https://ssl.icu-project.org/icu-bin/locexp?d_=en&_=ar
it shows May as "ÙØÙÙ" and June as "ÙÙÙÙÙ".
unfortunately, i don't understand Arabic, so i'd lean towards the automated db
import and just the CLDR values directly.
