[Bug localedata/11653] New: Incorrect LC_MONETARY symbol of es_NI.utf-8

The currency symbol/sign for Spanish Nicaragua (es_NI.utf-8) is backward, it
shows "$C" when it should be "C$".
$ locale -k LC_MONETARY | grep currency_symbol
currency_symbol="$C"
duo_currency_symbol="$C"
