[Bug localedata/3213] New: transliteration missing from FRACTION SLASH (U+2044)


Steps to reproduce:
1) echo -e "1\xE2\x81\x849" | iconv -f UTF-8 -t ISO-8859-1//TRANSLIT

Expected results:
1) iconv transliterates input and prints e.g. "1/9"

Actual results:
1) iconv prints "1?9"

More info:
1) 0xE2 0x81 0x84 is UTF-8 representation for Unicode character FRACTION SLASH
(U+2044).
