[PATCH] Define shmatt_t type on ia64


Hi!

All arches but ia64 define this type, mandated by POSIX.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/bits/shm.h (shmatt_t): New type.
	(struct shmid_ds): Use it for shm_nattch field.
