[PATCH] Stringop testsuite for glibc

Hi!

Attached is my stringops testsuite I was using when testing sparc32 and sparc64
stringops back in 1999, slightly cleaned up, changed to use common
infrastructure. On my PIII/650MHz, no test takes more than 10 seconds to
run, so I hope it is acceptable for make check.
When writing new stringops, one can use --iterations somebignumber to run it
longer than the default 100000 iterations, or --random to srandom ()
at start (and if such test fails, it is possible to use --seed THESEED to
test with the same seed again).
The IMPL macro allows to test more than one implementation, just by linking
new object into the test.
