fix .../linux/errlist.c



With GCC 3.2 CVS I just got on i686-linux-gnu:

../sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/errlist.c:41: weak declaration of `_old_sys_nerr' must precede definition

The appended patch fixed the problem.

Ok to commit?
