In case somebody is thinking about implementing the TLS stuff for anything but x86. I suggest to wait (read it as: I'll not integrate any changes for other archs yet). The design is still in flux. I know the differences between the ABIs for the different architectures and integrate appropriate configury. What I have to know ASAP is whether there is an architecture for which neither model I or II from my document is usable. I doubt that this is the case but in case I'm wrong it is critical to tell me about this now. -- ---------------. ,-. 1325 Chesapeake Terrace Ulrich Drepper \ ,-------------------' \ Sunnyvale, CA 94089 USA Red Hat `--' drepper at redhat.com `------------------------
