Recent s/390 updates.

Hi,
here is a patch that contains all the recent S/390 updates that went
on top of glibc-2.2.5pre1 and are not yet in the cvs head.

2002-01-14  Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>

     * linuxthreads/Makefile (CFLAGS-tst-cancel.c): Add
     -fno-inline-functions to prevent automatic inline.
     * sysdeps/s390/fpu/libm-test-ulps: Update.
     * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/configure.in (libc_cv_gcc_unwind_find_fde):
     Set for s390 and s390x architectures.
     (arch_minimum_kernel): Set for s390 and s390x.
     * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/brk.c (__brk): Correct inline
     assembly contraints.
     * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/s390-32/profil-counter.h: Typo.
     * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/s390-64/Makefile: Add framestate.
