The following two relocations are used by modutils:

#define R_IA64_GPREL32MSB	0x2c	/* @gprel(sym + add), data4 MSB */
#define R_IA64_GPREL32LSB	0x2d	/* @gprel(sym + add), data4 LSB */

Should modutils be changed?
