The PPC people had enough time for this. I have send emails to
the powerpc list for 2 month and doesn't get an answer. So it
is not a problem of time they had. I don't know what the big problems
with PPC are. I know some minor problems, but no big ones which
are important enough to wait much longer for glibc 2.1.3. If we
wait some more weeks, we don't need to release glibc 2.1.3, then
we must release glibc 2.2 because of linux 2.4.

We have more then enough bug fixes for 2.1.3 (I would say we
have even far to much to wait longer).

Linux is like a Vorlon. It is incredibly powerful, gives terse,
cryptic answers and has a lot of things going on in the background.
