glibc 2.1 patch

Hi,

here is a patch for glibc 2.1 (which is already in 2.2). Without
this patch, you are not able to compile C++ programs with kernel
2.3 header files.

Linux is like a Vorlon. It is incredibly powerful, gives terse,
cryptic answers and has a lot of things going on in the background.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/sys/io.h: Follow change from
	  glibc 2.2 and don't include <asm/io.h>.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sys/io.h: Likewise.
