A PPC patch for glibc 2.1

	sys/elf.h.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/sys/elf.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/sys/procfs.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/sys/user.h: New file.
