Hello,
I have found a problem with the current glibc snapshot, if the
/usr/share/i18n directory doesn't exists:
make -C localedata subdir_install
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/software/src/gnu-libc/glibc-2.0.95/localedata'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/share/i18n/charmaps', needed by `install-others-nosubdir'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/software/src/gnu-libc/glibc-2.0.95/localedata'

Linux is like a Vorlon. It is incredibly powerful, gives terse,
cryptic answers and has a lot of things going on in the background.
