Hello everybody,

I have tagged and branched 2.25 and also updated master, so y'all are
now free to push patches that were approved for 2.26.  I'll run through
the rest of the release checklist in parallel since it no longer has
anything to do with the master branch.

Oh, and release_lock_unlock (), to complete that joke...
