OK, that's good. So it looks like a link-edit issue.
I'm not going to dig any deeper, but this will make it more
difficult to test 32-bit s390 for the glibc 2.24 release on
August 1st.
I usually use upstream binutils for s390 and s390x and I
expect others do to.
