Re: [PATCH] locales: ay_PE: rename Aymara locale


Present in the locale itself is the following comment (in Spanish).

% todos los interesados en mejorar la representaciÃn de todas las
lenguas andinas.


Translated:  The authors wish to acknowledge the challenges with the
classification of the Andean Languages with ISO-639 codes currently
available and their willingness to work with all stakeholders to
improve the representation of all Andean languages.
