your feedback is not helpful.  please provide real details instead
of your constant vague one-line responses.

as i mentioned, if you look at ISO 639 [1], it lists the language
"Aymara" as "ay".  there is no other language listed as "Aymara"
or using the code "ayc".  same goes for CLDR.

this locale file in its comments/desc very clearly says it's for
the language "Aymara".

so if you think this patch is wrong, then you need to explain why.
