[PATCH] Make strcmp optimized for SSE2 with unaligned load/store as default

Here is a patch to make strcmp optimized for SSE2 with unaligned
load/store as default.  Tested on x86-64 with --disable-multi-arch and
without --disable-multi-arch.

OK for master?

Subject: [PATCH] Make strcmp optimized for SSE2 with unaligned load/store as
 default

Since x86-64 ld.so preserves vector registers now, we can make strcmp
optimized for SSE2 with unaligned load/store as default in libc as well
as ld.so.

	* sysdeps/x86_64/Makefile (sysdep_routines): Add
	strcmp-sse2-aligned.
	* sysdeps/x86_64/strcmp.S: Moved to ...
	* sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strcmp-sse2-aligned.S:  Here.
	Remove "#if !IS_IN (libc)".
	* sysdeps/x86_64/strcasecmp_l.S: Include strcmp-sse2-aligned.S
	instead of strcmp.S.
	* sysdeps/x86_64/strncase_l.S: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/x86_64/strncmp.S: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strcmp-sse2-unaligned.S: Moved to ...
	* sysdeps/x86_64/strcmp.S: Here.
	Add libc_hidden_builtin_def (strcmp).
	* sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/Makefile (sysdep_routines): Likewise.
	* sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/ifunc-impl-list.c
	(__libc_ifunc_impl_list): Replace __strcmp_sse2_unaligned with
	strcmp-sse2-aligned.
