Subject: [PROPOSED PATCH] Convert source files to UTF-8

Attached is a patch to convert glibc source files to UTF-8, if they'renot in UTF-8 now and there's no good reason to use some other encoding.Since this patch contains mixed encodings it's likely to give emailclients conniptions, so I've compressed it and attached the compressedversion. It should all be fairly straightforward if you can get pastthe encoding problems.
