[PATCH] Remove last use of USE___THREAD


Tested on x86_64-suse-linux, no code change on ld.so.

	* elf/rtld.c (_dl_start_final, _dl_start, init_tls, dl_main):
	Remove code conditionalized on USE___THREAD.
