Ping. These problems I noted in
<https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2013-09/msg00725.html> don't appear
to have been fixed; I still see warnings / errors generating the
ayc_PE.UTF-8 and lzh_TW.UTF-8 locales with "make
localedata/install-locales". If you commit a patch causing a regression,
it's your responsibility to fix it promptly, or revert the patch.
