The -ieee test variants fail to build for soft-float configurations when
_FPU_IEEE isn't defined. I think you need test-fpucw-ieee.c to include
<fpu_control.h> itself and have appropriate #if conditionals to use
_FPU_DEFAULT if _FPU_IEEE isn't defined.
