[COMMITTED] manual/memory.texi: Sort M_* entries.


The following patch alphabetically sorts the existing M_*
entries in the manual to make them easier to read/find.

It also adds 4 "TODO" comments to finish documenting the
other M_* parameters that are supported by glibc.

Built and reviewed the manual.

Checked in as obviously good.
