from 2.11 onwards are maintained. Are all of these really still active,
or should we move some, possibly 2.11 through 2.14, to a separate list of
(former) maintainers and wiki pages for inactive release branches? (None
of those branches have had any commits to either libc or ports since
December 2011.)
